Also, my weight this morning was 186.5. This was to be expected after I had a decent amount of beer this weekend and I also went on a calorie replenishing weekend as well.

Don't agonize over two-pound weight fluctuations... it's merely because you're poorly/well hydrated.
Eric's a weight monitoring junky! Daily weigh-ins along with analyzation and causality.
I don't do daily weigh ins. I do weigh ins on Monday, Friday, and whenever I want do some analytical stuff. One example is where I went running on a Tuesday morning for around 9 miles and I knew that I wouldn't have access to any water. Also, with it being so hot and humid out, I wanted to see what my sweat loss rate would be during the run. I lost 4 pounds. That's crazy!
Oh, good (about not doing the daily weigh ins). I guess it just seems like that with as much as you post about it. It is neat to see how our weight fluctuates from water retention/loss, dookie, clothes, etc.
