My first workout in 13 days. . .

. . . was today. I ran 3 miles after work. I should've done more with some speedwork, but since it's my first non-race exercise in 12 days and first real exercise in 8 days, I'm kind of just easing back into it. I ran 3 miles in 25:03 which is about 8:20min/mile. Eh, that's not bad.

Shoe mileage: 285 miles
