Long run today. Was suppose to do 2 hours but did 12.3 miles in 1:53 instead. It was hot again because I didn't start 11:30 or so. And my pace showed it because I ran that 12 miles at 9:10 pace. I really can't wait until winter to start running faster again. I'm having a smoothie and I'm not feeling good either. I'm a little nauseous. Oh, I had to crap pretty much the entire run and that wasn't comfortable. As soon as I stopped, it went away.
