Track Workout
Tonight I had a track workout. I ran for about 16 minutes first to warm up and then I headed to the SFAHS track. The workout was 8-10 1km repeats with 200m rest in between. Each km was suppose to be strong. The first one was about 4:15 and the slowest one was about 4:40. They really hurt tonight. I also swallowed 2 bugs and inhaled another one. I only did 6 kms though because that was all that I had in me. Being injured really took out a lot of my speed and since I have to work so hard to gain speed, this has been frustrating.
